1. Agreement to terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PraRak TechSol concerning your access to and use of our website. By accessing the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them.

2. Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PraRak TechSol and protected by international intellectual property laws.

3. User representations

You represent that information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to comply with these terms.

4. Limitation of liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

6. Internship program terms

Duration is 3–6 months as specified in the offer letter. Certification is awarded at PraRak's discretion based on performance. Interns must keep project details confidential. We may terminate an internship for misconduct, non-performance, or breach of these terms.

7. API Hub access

Product APIs on apihub.prarak.com require an authenticated PraRak account, a Personal Access Token (PAT) sent as X-API-Key, and an active day-pass. One A-Zing credit activates 100 API calls until the pool is exhausted or the UTC day ends. Every call — including Swagger Try-it-out and the playground — is logged against your PAT. You are responsible for keeping your PAT secret and rotating it if it is exposed. API responses are provided as-is for development; they are not professional legal, medical, or financial advice.
